  my school was a couple weeks back, and it was interesting to a degree.

  to be honest with you, it reminded me of a police crime scene investigation with yellow tape.

  what i mean is, in one respect it was business as usual.

  Is this Loaded Language in the 2011 Calendar?

  i think it could be fair to say, that if paul spoke for jesus, then "revealed truth" could be a valid description since the scriptures say he visited them several times, but i think the loaded language comes in when you try to apply this to modern times, (wts a modern paul?).

  i see this as trying to mold the first century to fit the current wts/jws.

  what do you think?.

  Is the Bible Authentic?

  my wife is searching for facts that will prove to her why the bible is or is not the authentic word of god.

  she knows the direction i am leaning and i have shown her a few examples of why i feel as i do.

  however, it is always good to hear the opinions of others.this is where you come in.... how would you answer the following questions:.

  Contribution Boxes At The Book Groups , Did You Donate More There Than The Hall ?

  this may have been covered a few years back but the thought came to me just how much money the wathtower lost in contributions when they got rid of the book study groups in witnesess homes.

  my book group was at my parents house and as it was always full, over 30 drones every tuesday night.

  this caused mayhem in the road outside with all the cars double parking etc... the jw's at my group always put loads of wonga into the tin on the welsh dresser!

  Aussie Fiji Brothers wear skirts but Sisters can't wear pants in winter unless skirt on too!!

  a 55 year old sister would come to our hall straight from work and during winter would put a skirt over her pants to "show respect for jehovah's arrangement....yes, it she was not very stylish....at the same hall in summer a fijian brother would turn up in a multi-colored bright skirt with pictures of bannas and palm trees on it which everyone loved....same hall another aussie brother was told by elders his tie was "too bright and loud" for the platform and not to wear it on stage anymore!!!.

  and they think i'm crazy for leaving!

  in cold countries what's the rule for sisters wearing pants?....here it's like you've asked for a sex change!!
